By accessing and using PayrollPro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
PayrollPro provides comprehensive payroll management services including but not limited to:
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur during off-peak hours.
To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of PayrollPro complies with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection requirements in their jurisdiction.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
You retain all rights to your data. We only process your data to provide the services you've requested.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon termination, data may be archived for legal compliance.
All intellectual property rights in the PayrollPro platform, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by PayrollPro or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without explicit written permission.
Access to PayrollPro services may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are exclusive of taxes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you violate these terms or for operational reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for legal compliance purposes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayrollPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service in the six months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
